1. Are you a trading company or a factory?

2. When will be the order delivered ?

Generally about 25 days.

If have full inventory, we can arrange the shipment within 3 days. 

Please understand that our production lead times depends on specific items and item quantities. 

3. What about  warranty  and after- sale service?

All our products provides 12 months warranty. After the warranty period, our after- sale service team will provide technical support, and help

customer to solve problems encountered while using our product.

4. What about product's quality and training service?

Every instrument will be calibrated before deliver. Quality inspection will check, examinate and test the instrument 100% before it's shipping.

We can provide you product's use & training video to show you how to install and operate it, but we still hope that customer can visit our factory for on-site training. All products agreed with: GB, ISO, ASTM and other required standards.
